These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AIBusiness.ai and the Million AI Pixels Map at million.aibusiness.ai (collectively, the "Service") operated by AI Business AI LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "AIBusiness.ai").
By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By creating an account, submitting an application, or using AIBusiness.ai in any capacity (as a directory visitor, founder applicant, or listed consultant), you accept these Terms in full.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

To be listed on AIBusiness.ai as an AI consultant, provider, or agency, you must meet the following requirements at the time of application AND throughout the duration of your active listing:
1. Operate a legitimate business. You must be operating an active business entity (sole proprietorship, LLC, corporation, or similar) in the United States. Pre-revenue ventures, hobbyists, and student course projects are not eligible.
2. Own a business domain. Your business must be operated under its own internet domain (e.g., yourcompany.com). We do not accept third-party hosted profiles, including but not limited to:

4. Demonstrate at least one client outcome. You must be able to describe a specific, recent client result you have delivered. "NDA-blocked" responses without supporting detail are not accepted.
Verification and termination:
We reserve the right to verify any application detail at any time, and to suspend or terminate listings that misrepresent business status, domain ownership, email accuracy, or client work.
If a listing is terminated for misrepresentation under this section, no refund will be provided beyond the standard 30-day money-back guarantee window described in our Refund Policy.

Founder memberships are limited to the first 75 approved and paid members. If a founding member's listing lapses, is terminated, or is not renewed during the initial launch year (the twelve months following AIBusiness.ai's public launch), AIBusiness.ai may offer the resulting open spot to another applicant at the founder rate. After the launch year concludes, the founder cohort is permanently closed: lapsed founder spots will not be reallocated, and no additional founder memberships will be offered. Founder pricing of $99 per year remains locked for the life of each active founding membership, including all renewals, regardless of any changes to standard pricing.

As part of your AIBusiness.ai membership, your business will be assigned a block of pixels on our marketing subdomain at million.aibusiness.ai (the "Million AI Pixels Map"). This service is included at no additional cost. The number of pixels assigned is determined by your membership tier: founding members receive one hundred (100) pixels. Standard membership tiers receive a pixel allocation that varies by plan, as described at the time of enrollment.
By being listed on AIBusiness.ai, you agree to the following terms regarding the Million AI Pixels Map:
6.1 Pixel placement is at our discretion. Pixel coordinates, position on the map, and which industry zone your pixels appear in are determined by AI Business AI LLC. We will assign your pixels within one industry region most closely matching your primary service. Specific coordinates are not negotiable.
6.2 Pixels link only to AIBusiness.ai profiles. Your pixels will link to your full AIBusiness.ai directory profile, not to any external website. We do not offer the option to redirect pixel clicks elsewhere.
6.3 No transferability. Your pixel placement is non-transferable between businesses. If you sell or change ownership of your business, the pixels do not transfer with the sale.
6.4 Pixel display. Your pixels may display your business name, an optional logo, and a link to your profile. We do not display revenue figures, client lists, or other proprietary information without your explicit permission.
6.5 Right to remove. AI Business AI LLC may remove your pixels at any time for violations of these Terms, expired listings, or operational reasons (e.g., technical migrations). We will provide reasonable notice when possible but reserve the right to act immediately in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or legal violation.
6.6 No guarantee of click volume or referral traffic. The Million AI Pixels Map is a marketing layer. We do not guarantee that pixels will receive any specific number of clicks, impressions, or referred leads. Pixel click counts shown on your profile are informational and not a representation of guaranteed performance.
6.7 Map availability. The Million AI Pixels Map subdomain may experience downtime, redesigns, or feature changes at our discretion. AI Business AI LLC is not liable for any business losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the pixel map.
6.8 Promotional assets. Members may be provided with a direct link to their pixel and downloadable promotional materials (such as banners and shareable images) for use in their own marketing. These assets link back to the Million AI Pixels Map or your AIBusiness.ai profile. AI Business AI LLC may modify, update, or discontinue these assets at its discretion.
AIBusiness.ai sells advertising placements (such as banner ads) that appear across the Service. This section governs advertisers and advertising content. Advertising is separate from directory listings: purchasing an ad does not create a directory listing, and a directory listing does not include advertising placement.
6A.1 Acceptance is at our discretion. We reserve the right to accept or decline any advertiser or advertisement, for any reason, at our sole discretion. Submitting an advertising inquiry or payment does not guarantee placement.
6A.2 Prohibited advertising categories. We do not accept advertising for the following, and will reject non-compliant ads:
6A.3 Ads must be AI-related. All advertising must promote a product, service, or brand relevant to artificial intelligence or the businesses that use it. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether an advertisement meets this standard.
6A.4 Right to reject or remove. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or require modification of any advertisement at any time — including ads already running — if we determine the ad is non-compliant, misleading, off-brand, or otherwise unsuitable. We may act immediately in cases of suspected fraud, illegality, or harm.
6A.5 Right to decline competing advertising. We reserve the right to decline or limit advertising that we determine competes directly with the members listed on a given page, in order to protect the value of directory listings. Directory pages feature multiple businesses, and we do not guarantee any member exclusivity from advertising on any page.
6A.6 Advertiser responsibilities. Advertisers are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of their advertisements and the products or services they promote, and for holding all necessary rights to any creative they supply. Advertisers agree to the indemnification terms in Section 12.
6A.7 No guarantee of performance. Advertising is sold on a placement basis. We do not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, or results. Any performance figures we provide (such as impression or click reports) are informational estimates and not a representation of guaranteed performance.
6A.8 Payment and refunds. Advertising fees are billed as agreed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, advertising fees are non-refundable once a placement goes live. The 30-day money-back guarantee that applies to directory memberships does not apply to advertising.

We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to AI Business AI LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $99, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Business AI LLC, its officers, members, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

This arbitration clause does not apply to small claims court matters or intellectual property disputes, which may be brought in any competent court.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by:
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and AI Business AI LLC regarding the Service.
