This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for AIBusiness.ai listings, operated by AI Business AI LLC.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on your AIBusiness.ai listing fee within 30 days of your initial payment, no questions asked.

To request a refund:

1. Email hello@aibusiness.ai with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your business name, email used to apply, and the date of your payment
3. We will process the refund within 5 business days

After the refund is processed:

• Your listing will be removed from the directory
• Your pixel on the Million AI Pixels Map will be removed
• Your founder rate (if applicable) is forfeited
• You may re-apply later, but at the then-current standard rate (not the founder rate)

2. Refunds After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day window, your annual subscription is non-refundable.

However, you can cancel future renewals at any time:

• Email hello@aibusiness.ai with cancellation request
• We confirm receipt within 48 business hours
• Your current listing remains active until the end of your paid annual period
• No further charges will be made
• After expiration, your listing is removed from the directory and your pixel is removed from the Million AI Pixels Map

3. Refunds for Platform Service Issues

If AI Business AI LLC fails to provide the platform services described in your listing agreement — for example, if your approved listing is not published, technical errors prevent your profile from displaying, or your pixel cannot be placed on the map — contact us at hello@aibusiness.ai within 5 days of the issue.

We will:

• Investigate within 5 business days
• Issue a partial or full refund if we agree the platform service failed
• Offer to extend your listing period at no additional cost as an alternative

Important: Platform service refunds cover failures on our part to deliver the directory listing or pixel placement itself. They do not cover business outcomes (lead volume, sales, conversions, or any performance metric). AIBusiness.ai makes no guarantees about lead flow or referral traffic.

4. No Refunds Based on Business Outcomes

AIBusiness.ai is a directory and marketing platform. We do not guarantee — and cannot guarantee — that your listing will generate leads, inquiries, sales, or any specific business outcome.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Slow lead volume or fewer inquiries than expected
• Lack of conversions from inquiries that did come through
• General dissatisfaction with the directory's traffic or reach
• Disagreement with the size or pace of directory growth
• Performance of the Million AI Pixels Map or pixel click volume

If you want to leave because the directory isn't a fit, you can cancel future renewals at any time (see Section 2).

5. No Refunds for Disputes Between Consultants and Their Clients

AIBusiness.ai is a directory and does not facilitate the business relationship between listed consultants and their clients. We do not issue refunds based on:

• Quality of work performed by listed consultants
• Disagreements over consultant pricing or scope
• Communications or interactions between business owners and consultants
• Outcomes of consulting engagements
• Disputes between consultants and the buyers who contact them

If you have a dispute with a consultant you contacted through AIBusiness.ai, please contact them directly. We are not party to any agreements made between buyers and consultants.

6. No Refunds for Listings Terminated for Cause

If your listing is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service — including misrepresentation of business status, domain ownership, email authenticity, or client work — no refund will be provided beyond the standard 30-day money-back guarantee window described in Section 1.

This includes (but is not limited to) terminations for:

• Misrepresenting your business as a registered entity
• Using a third-party hosted website while claiming to own a business domain
• Using a generic email address while claiming to use a business email
• Fabricating client work or credentials
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Repeated violation of our Terms of Service

7. Advertising Purchases

This Refund Policy applies to AIBusiness.ai directory listings. Advertising placements are governed separately. Advertising fees are billed as agreed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once a placement goes live. If you cancel an advertising campaign before it goes live, we will refund any prepaid amount for the portion not yet delivered. See Section 6A of our Terms of Service for complete advertising terms.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company instead of contacting us directly:

• We will investigate and provide documentation to your card issuer
• Your listing will be suspended pending the chargeback resolution
• If the chargeback is reversed, your listing may be permanently terminated
• A $25 chargeback fee may be added to your account for processing costs

We strongly recommend contacting us first at hello@aibusiness.ai — we'll work with you to resolve any issue within the 30-day refund window.

9. Annual Renewal Refunds

If your annual subscription auto-renews and you want to cancel:

• Refund requests within 30 days of the renewal date will be processed in full
• After 30 days from the renewal date, the renewal is non-refundable
• You can cancel future renewals at any time (no further charges)

To avoid unwanted renewals, set a calendar reminder for 30 days before your renewal date and email us if you wish to cancel.

10. Currency

All payments and refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD).

11. Processing Times

• Refund initiation: Within 5 business days of approval
• Stripe processing: Typically 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• International cards: May take 10-15 business days
• Currency conversion fees: Not refundable by AI Business AI LLC

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply only to refund requests made after the change. We will notify registered consultants of material changes.
