AI Business AI LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "AIBusiness.ai") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using AIBusiness.ai (the "Site") or our subdomain at million.aibusiness.ai (the "Million AI Pixels Map"), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

AI Business AI LLC operates AIBusiness.ai, an online directory connecting business owners with vetted AI consultants, automation specialists, and service providers. We are a limited liability company organized in Virginia, United States.

We also operate the Million AI Pixels Map at million.aibusiness.ai, a visual marketing subdomain of AIBusiness.ai. The Million AI Pixels Map is operated by the same legal entity (AI Business AI LLC) and is governed by this same Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways:

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, business name, and website URL when you submit a founder application
  • City, state, and service area information about your business
  • Service descriptions, industries served, and client testimonials you submit
  • Logo or business images you upload
  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store credit card details on our servers)

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address (stored as a hashed value for fraud prevention, not in plain text)
  • Browser type, operating system, and device information
  • Pages visited, time spent, and referral source
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)
  • On the Million AI Pixels Map: pixel click events, hover events, and basic interaction data
  • beehiiv, our newsletter service provider, processes email addresses of newsletter subscribers

Information from third parties:

  • Stripe processes payments and may share transaction confirmations with us
  • Google Analytics provides aggregated usage data
  • Email service providers handle our application responses and communications

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Process and review your application to be listed in the directory
  • Create and maintain your provider profile (if approved)
  • Process payments for founder memberships and renewals
  • Send transactional emails (application status, payment confirmations, renewal notices)
  • Detect and prevent fraud or duplicate applications (via hashed IP comparison)
  • Improve the Site and user experience based on usage patterns
  • Respond to your questions, support requests, or feedback
  • Send occasional updates about the directory (you can opt out anytime)
  • Operate and maintain the Million AI Pixels Map and analyze its performance
  • Measure the performance of advertising shown on the Site (such as ad impressions and clicks), using non-identifying metrics only

We do NOT:

  • Sell your personal information to third parties
  • Share your contact details with other AIBusiness.ai listed providers without your consent
  • Use your information for ad targeting beyond our own Site

4. The Million AI Pixels Map (million.aibusiness.ai)

The Million AI Pixels Map is a marketing subdomain of AIBusiness.ai. Although it appears as a separate visual experience, it is operated by the same legal entity (AI Business AI LLC) and the same privacy practices in this policy apply.

When you visit the Million AI Pixels Map, we collect:

  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL)
  • Pixel click events (which pixel was clicked, time of click)
  • Cookies for site functionality and basic analytics

We do not share personal information about visitors with the AI consultants listed on the pixel map. Listed consultants receive aggregate, anonymized click counts for their own pixel only — never individual visitor data or identifying information.

Click tracking on pixels is used only for:

  • Internal analytics on directory performance
  • Detecting and preventing click fraud
  • Reporting aggregate metrics to listed consultants

If you click a pixel and land on a consultant's AIBusiness.ai profile, any subsequent communication between you and that consultant is governed by both parties — AIBusiness.ai does not facilitate, store, or read those communications.

5. Information Sharing

We share information only in these specific circumstances:

  • With service providers who help operate the Site (Stripe for payments, email providers, hosting providers, analytics). These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations.
  • When required by law — to comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
  • To protect rights and safety — to investigate potential fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service
  • With your consent — if you specifically authorize sharing for a particular purpose

If AI Business AI LLC is sold, merged, or transferred to another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you and give you the option to opt out before any material change to this Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. After cancellation:

  • Active provider listings: removed from public display at the end of your paid term
  • Pixel placement on the Million AI Pixels Map: removed at the end of your paid term
  • Application records: retained for 24 months for fraud prevention and record-keeping
  • Payment records: retained for 7 years to comply with US tax and financial regulations
  • Hashed IP addresses: retained for 12 months for fraud detection
  • Pixel click logs: aggregate data retained indefinitely; IP-level logs retained for 90 days then anonymized
  • Email communications: retained for 24 months unless you request deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@aibusiness.ai. We will comply within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain certain records (such as tax records).

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Remember your preferences across visits
  • Analyze Site usage and performance
  • Prevent fraud and unauthorized access
  • Deduplicate pixel click events on million.aibusiness.ai

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Site may not function properly without them. We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: required for the Site to function
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics for usage statistics (anonymized)
  • Functional cookies: to remember settings and preferences
  • Pixel session cookies (million.aibusiness.ai only): deduplicate pixel click events, expire after 24 hours

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Right to know what personal information we collect about you
  • Right to delete personal information we hold about you
  • Right to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell information)
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights

For EU/UK residents (GDPR):

  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restrict or object to processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@aibusiness.ai with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

AIBusiness.ai is intended for business owners and professionals over 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

10. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:

  • SSL/HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
  • Hashed IP storage (not plain text)
  • Limited employee access to personal information
  • Payment processing via Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure
  • Regular security updates to our hosting and software

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you of any data breach affecting your information within 72 hours of discovery.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites (listed AI providers, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these websites. Please review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Note: The Million AI Pixels Map at million.aibusiness.ai is not a third-party site. It is a subdomain operated by AI Business AI LLC (the same entity that operates aibusiness.ai), and the privacy practices in this policy apply equally to both domains.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • Notify users by email for material changes
  • Post a notice on the Site for 30 days

Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
